Shipping policy

If your product is damaged during transit, please refer to the Returns & Damages page.


Shipping quotes:

    For shipping quotes or pricing, customers must contact our store. A full address is required for an accurate shipping quote and may change if the order is placed 1-2 business days after shipping quote was made. Business addresses are recommended but not required to receive a shipping quote. Residential addresses without available forklift or drop off, will result in a higher shipping cost from carriers. If a customer is unable to provide a business address, the order can be sent to a carrier terminal near the provided address to lower the shipping cost. 

 

Shipping times:

    Orders are shipped 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please consider any shipping delays due to holidays or COVID 19. For any delays or concerns after the carrier has picked up the order, customers must contact the carrier directly. 


Damages during transit:

    If an order is damaged during transit, DO NOT accept the order and mark the shipping label as damaged. Refer to the Returns & Damages page for more information. 


Orders shipped to terminals:

    Carrier terminals are drop off locations where the carrier offloads pallets or packages. If an order was shipped to a terminal, the carrier will directly contact the customer with the contact information provided at checkout. Customers can use the tracking information provided to see when their order is arriving at the terminal location. 


Shipping an item to our store:

    If a customer is returning an item to our store for a refund or other specified reason, the item must be sent to the return address listed below. Notify our store if you are planning to return or exchange an item.

    Please be aware that shipping fees are non refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees required for returning products. Products must be received by our warehouse before the replacement product can be shipped out or any fees can be refunded.

Track an order:

    Tracking information for any shipped orders is provided once the carrier picks up the package from our warehouse. Customers can contact our store for tracking information or questions about an order.
