All Online Orders will be confirmed by our store associates, we will ask for a photo ID that matches the card used on the transaction.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must meet the requirements established below. Final Sale items are not accepted for returns.ย
A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations.
After 30 days of purchase, upon the manager's discretion if the product has not been used we will offer store credit only.
All big items, such as ย aero-dynamic bumpers, Cascadia, exhaust tips over 96" must be sent to a valid business address with forklift. If a business address is not available we can ship it to the nearest terminal for your convenience.ย Please note freight shipping extends the timeframe for delivery 1-2 weeks; however time frame can be extended due to carrier unforeseen circumstances.ย
Returns:
ย ย ย To initiate a return, items must meet all conditions listed below:
- New or undamaged condition.
- Parts must be 100% resellable.
- No alterations or changes to products initial state.
- A handling fee of 7% will be applied to all purchases.
- Items must be in the same packaging or are subject to a 15% restocking fee.ย
Notice: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.Products must be received by our warehouse before the replacement product can be shipped out or any fees can be refunded.

Items damaged during transit:
ย If the item is damaged during transit, do not accept the package from the carrier. Mark the shipping label or drop off form as DAMAGED and follow the steps below to initiate a claim.
Notice: Claims must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Claims will be deniedย after the 72 hour time frame.
ย ย ย The carrier may deny any claims if damage is not noted.ย

- ย ย ย Photos of damage on the package
Keep all original packaging and keep items safe and clean until the claim is finished.

Damage not noted by customer:ย
ย ย ย If the customer does not note damage when receiving an order, the customer is responsible for following up any claims directly with the carrier. Shark Chrome Shop is not responsible for any damaged orders accepted by the customer.ย
Warranty:
If the warranty is not specified, customers can contact our store or the manufacturer directly. Item warranty is not guaranteed.
Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. This warranty has no cash value.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT , WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT AND WHETHER FOR NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY , PRODUCT LIABILITY , BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE),SHALL SHARK BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY OTHER DIRECT , CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF WHEN A FAILURE OCCURS.
If a claim is approved client must pay for the shipping cost associated with the products (the shipping cost is non-refundable)
Refunds:
ย ย ย Refunds are made by our company within 1-2 business days. If a refund amount is delayed more than 1-2 business days, customers must contact their bank directly. Shipping, installation or other service fees are not valid for refunds.ย
